Holly White

HOLLY WHITE

Holly White has been in Real Estate related industries going back to 1995 and has experience in not only real estate sales, but also in mortgage finance and real estate appraisal. Holly is a native of the Southern Indiana/Louisville Kentucky area who’s alma mater is Indiana University SE where she studied communications. Holly has a huge love for music and moved to Nashville in 2003 to further progress a family business in the music industry and open a recording studio on Music Row called Sixteen Ton Recording Studios. During that time she has also managed to take Nashville by storm in real estate with RE/Max Elite.

She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity helping build homes for those less fortunate, Room in The Inn for the homeless, and The Humane Society and Shamrock Foundation’s sheltering dogs and finding new homes for them.  Holly also run’s for the Susan G. Komen foundation for research for the cure of breast cancer and for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee with Team Rio (Diamond Rio’s team) in the Country Music Marathon.  13.1 miles is a LONG way to run!

Her real involvement though is with her real estate clients and team. From doing the research in finding her buyers dream homes and setting the expectations for her sellers so that their homes sell quickly and for highest dollar to seeing the contract process through step by step to closing, Holly knows what it takes to provide full real estate service and 14 hour work days are not uncommon. She’s even been known to crawl under houses during home inspections so that she knows exactly what is going on which is something not many Realtors are willing to do. Holly will stop at nothing to provide a level of service that goes beyond her clients expectations. She also manages the most vibrant, dedicated and hard working real estate team in the Nashville area. They do everything Holly does as a Realtor and then some. And somehow we STILL manage to have alot of fun! Meet them below.

MOLLY MITCHELL

Molly Claire Mitchell is a Nashville native. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Health Care Administration and a minor in Marketing. For the past ten years, she has had the opportunity to manage rehabilitation hospitals, in five different states: South Carolina , Florida , Washington , Indiana and Tennessee . Her last and final stop was right back home. That’s because there’s no place like Middle Tennessee. Molly grew up in Franklin TN and has been back in Nashville for the past eight years. She has witnessed dramatic growth throughout Middle Tennessee, in multiple industries. Her passion for real estate is evidenced by the development of her aggressive rental property portfolio. She has acquired six properties, in eight years and will continue to expand this investment portfolio.

In her spare time, she loves to keep physically fit. She is a huge supporter of the Humane Society. Her last 3 dogs have been rescue dogs, one of which was a 175lb. English Mastiff named Gretta Garbo. One of the ways she gives back to the community is volunteering at the Nashville Rescue Mission. This past Christmas, she took her 13 year old niece to the Rescue Mission where she spent Christmas Eve peeling potatoes and serving the homeless. That evening was a long ride home because her niece was speechless. Often times, the most humble experience is one where you serve others. Not for anything in return, but because you are humble enough to realize how blessed you are and that others need your help.

Molly looks forward to partnering her 10 years of health care industry and customer service experience with RE/MAX’s 34 years of real estate experience, in 50 countries. She is a third generation RE/MAX Realtor with Nashville RE/Max Elite and can’t wait to convert her existing clients into repeat clients, as well as assist new ones. You see, real estate is really not much different than health care. You have to know you’re families. Whether it comes to looking out for their health and well-being or assuring they find that special place to call home, it’s all about being a good listener. J. MICHAEL JONES

J. Michael Jones is a native of Tennessee and has lived primarily in Nashville and Franklin…with his childhood years being spent in East Tennessee (Maryville – just outside of Knoxville).  He has also lived in Jacksonville, FL – and realized that Florida has it’s benefits of warm weather and being close to the beach; but more importantly, he understood there is no comparison to the warmth of the Tennessee people and the feeling of being close to his family (and friends) in Middle and East Tennessee.  Nashville has it’s own unique charm and character which is reflected in the diversity of the people that call Nashville home.

Prior to his career success in real estate, J. Michael worked as an International Sales Consultant for a Global Travel Management Company.  He primarily worked with corporate VIP clients and developed a strong clientele base.  His performance of embracing customer service with dedication enabled him to achieve his business goals to maintain and advance the growth of previous and new client loyalty.  His demonstrated work experience in contract negotiations, customer service, team management, timely follow-up skills, and research for his clients are all important contributions that he brings to the table.  The assistance J. Michael provided to his VIP clients and their corporate travel demands, he has an understanding of the busy lives that most have and the importance of having someone looking out for one’s best interests.  All of these traits are performed with his real estate profession.

J. Michael Jones obtained his real estate license and has been practicing real estate since 2002.  He has sold homes in many different areas of Nashville/Davidson County – as well as the bordering counties of Williamson, Sumner, and Wilson – making him knowledgeable of the different areas of Middle Tennessee.  J. Michael previously worked for a local realty firm’s owner in a real estate sales team capacity.  His role of multi-tasking as a Lead Database Manager, Residential Listing Coordinator, Loft & Urban Residential Specialist, and Buyer’s Agent has successfully prepared him to be knowledgeable in many different and critical aspects of real estate.  His devotion insures that all clients and potential clients know they are valued.   With his previous work experiences and professional approach to real estate, J. Michael’s contributions to ReMax Elite’s Holly White Team will benefit our continued commitment in achieving the loyalty of our past, present, and future clients.

J. Michael’s interest and love for real estate evolved when he returned back to Tennessee - from Florida – and purchased his downtown Nashville loft.  He has an invested interest of personally purchased properties in Downtown Nashville and historic Germantown – Nashville’s 1st neighborhood!  “My heart loves helping clients achieve their goals.  My passion for real estate stems from my interest in the revitalization of community neighborhoods and the restoration of historic buildings into residential lofts & the restoration of historic homes.  I look forward to sharing my experiences and expertise with clients and appreciate the opportunity and honor given to assist in their real estate transaction.”
