Five Oaks Golf Community in Lebanon, TN

Have you been looking for a great place to golf or live in the Nashville area but can’t seem to find the right place at the right price? Five Oaks in Lebanon is a place you’ll surely want to visit. With golf course and Middle Tennessee views that rival the Governors Club in Brentwood and Fairvue Plantation in Gallatin, Five Oaks should be on your list. Just 25-30 minutes from Downtown Nashville, house sizes start at around 3200 square feet and go up to around 7000 square feet and go for anywhere from around $400K and up. A new phase has just opened with plenty of golf course lots available. This phase also boasts some bold new construction: The very first steel frame home in Wilson County is being built right here in Five Oaks and it is a site to behold. CP Construction takes credit for this one and says there are many more like it to come. They can build steel frame homes for about the same as it would cost to build wood frame and they are far more superior. Another article about steel framing to come soon. If you want to see this home and others in progress take a drive out to Lebanon. From I40 go east to Hwy 109 and turn left. Turn right at Hwy 70 (Lebanon Rd) for another couple of miles and right in to the subdivision or give Holly a call at 615-668-6228 for a personal tour of the facilities.
